ELS ROMERS APARTMENTS has created a general contingency Plan for the entire establishment, with its action protocols by department and its corresponding records, which will be documented and available to anyone who requests it.

Our goal is to guarantee optimal security internally and for our clients.

PERSONAL

• All personnel have the individual protection equipment established in the contingency plan for each department.
• Training and awareness of all the protocols and measures that must be complied with.
• Extreme safety distances between staff and customers, whenever possible.

CLEANING APARTMENTS

• Extra cleaning in each apartment. The cleaning time is lengthened in order to comply with the Covid-19 prevention measures established by the Ministry of Health, according to the protocols published by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.
• The cleaning staff will wash their hands and gloves with hydro-alcoholic gel, prior to each apartment cleaning. At the end, they will discard the gloves to avoid cross contamination.
• Elimination of brochures and library in the apartments.
• The air conditioning system will be periodically checked.
• At the entrance of the apartment you will find all windows open to comply with the necessary ventilation protocol.
• We have removed expendable textile items from the apartment, removed for security. You can ask our staff for extra pillows or blankets if you wish, which will be delivered clean and properly sanitized.

EXTERIOR CLEANING

• Disinfectant gel available in all common areas.
• Exhaustive cleaning of swings, railings, …

RECEPTION

• We have implemented a check-in protocol.
• The key will be found in the apartment door properly disinfected.
• Communication between the client and the ELS ROMERS staff will preferably be done via WhatsApp or telephone.
• We recommend making any payment by card.
• An extra cleaning will be carried out at the counter after the attention of each client.
• Customers will have disinfectant gel at their disposal.

SWIMMING POOL

• We have removed the hammocks to ensure your safety.
• Automatic dosing of water disinfection products ensure the quantity necessary to keep it in optimal safety conditions, guaranteeing the absence of the virus.
• Availability of gel for clients within the pool area.

WASHING MACHINE ROOM

• Increase in the frequency of cleaning that will be opened to the public according to the guidelines of the authorities.
• There will be limited the space.

EXTERIOR

• Playground and common areas: Increase in the frequency of cleaning that will be opened to the public according to the guidelines of the authorities.

BARBECUE

• We will reinforce the hygiene and disinfection of the barbecue area.

MAINTENANCE

• The communication of maintenance incidents between the client and the ELS ROMERS staff will preferably be carried out via WhatsApp or telephone.
• The maintenance service will be provided preferably when the client is not in the apartment. And if this is not possible, the appropriate EPIS will be used and the safety distances will be maintained.

This contingency plan will be updated every day depending on the regulations that arise.
