HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can make it directly on our website, by telephone or email. Remember that booking directly offers unique advantages.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in time is at 17:00. Check-out is at 10:00 am. You can call the day before your arrival to see if you can check-in before the scheduled time and on the day of departure you can ask at the reception desk if it is possible to check out later than the scheduled time. It depends on housekeeping and the day in question.

DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?

The 1 and 3 room apartments are all air conditioned. For the 2 room apartments, if you choose the “4/6 SUP type” air conditioning is included. If you choose the “4/6 type” then air conditioning is optional with an additional cost of €10/day.

ARE PETS WELCOMED?

Of course. Pets are welcomed at Apartments Els Romers and we have a pet-friendly beach less than 100m away. In addition, if you book through our website you will be able to bring them at no additional cost. If you book by any other means (through an agency, a third party booking site,…) the price is €4/day.

WHEN ARE THE SWIMMING POOLS OPEN?

We have an indoor heated swimming pool open all year long. The outdoor swimming pools are open from May to September.

HOW DOES THE LAUNDRY WORK?

The apartments have a room with 6 washing machines for guest use. No tokens are necessary.

IS PARKING INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION?

Yes, there is ONE parking space per apartment included with every reservation. Parking is located inside the complex.

DOES THE ESTABLISHMENT HAVE WiFi?

Yes, each reservation has the right to connect 4 devices anywhere in the complex.

DO I NEED TO BRING LINENS AND/OR TOWELS?

The apartments have all necessary bedding, as well as hand towels. You should bring beach / shower towels.

DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE HAIR DRYERS?

Yes, all bathrooms have one.

DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE A WATER HEATER, TOASTER, BLENDER, …?

No, but if you need one, you can mention that at the reception desk, and we can lend you one.
